GetSetUp - Online Classes Taught By Seniors For Seniors.

We are thrilled to launch the GetSetup initiative in partnership with the State of Michigan.  Go to – the landing page exclusively for Michigan residents to sign up for classes at no cost. This program is supported by the Michigan Health Endowment Fund and coronavirus relief funds.  All classes are free to Michiganders when you use the Code MICHIGANHEALTH.  Please let us know what you think!

The Grand Traverse County Senior Center Network is working with Traverse Area Community Media to offer free virtual programming.  If you are a Spectrum Charter customer tune in to CommunityTV Channel 189 at the scheduled times listed below, or you can access the programming anytime by clicking on the links below. 

Virtual Exercise and Yoga 

Join exercise and yoga instructors, Karen Belanger, Jeana Seidelman and Naomi Call, for free virtual exercise and yoga classes. If you would like to "sign out" an exercise ball, stick, band, block, strap and weights, please call the senior center at 231-922-4911, to schedule an appointment for pick-up.
