Ageless Grace™
Ageless Grace is a brain health fitness class using 21 simple tools for lifelong comfort and ease. The movements are done completely and safely seated to a variety of music and focus on healthy longevity of the body, mind, emotions and spirit. It's for everyone of any ability. It's fun, playful and just what brains enjoy! Led by certified instructor Lisa Hawkins George.
Ageless Grace™ (Parkinson's)
Ageless Grace for People with Parkinson’s is a Brain Health Fitness program designed specifically to address the challenges of those with Parkinson’s in cognitive function and physical mobility. The 21 Tools of Ageless Grace, engaging all five primary functions of the brain while moving the body, are organized into 7 groups targeting particular Parkinson’s symptoms and sets of symptoms. This class is done seated in a chair with music. Sponsored by Parkinson's Network North.
Aqua Fitness
Join us at the Civic Center as we team up with the YMCA to offer aquatic fitness classes. Get fit while reducing the impact on your joints. Bring a towel and lock for the community lockers.

Beach Yoga
Enjoy gentle yoga sessions set against the calming backdrop of the shoreline. Beach Yoga focuses on flexibility, balance and mindful movement while encouraging relaxation and connection with nature. Classes are adaptable for all experience levels and offer a refreshing way to move, breathe and unwind outdoors.

Cardio Drumming $5
This class takes the simple movement of drumming and transforms it into a full-body workout. Cardio drumming marries drumsticks, an exercise ball, and stand to create the most fun seated workout ever. Equipment provided.

Yoga at the Senior Center
We will flow slowly into the poses with time to use props or make adjustments that support your body. Alternate poses or accommodations will be offered. The class will emphasize core stability, flexibility and balance. It will also involve breath work, stillness and concentration. Bring a yoga mat and a small blanket or towel that can be rolled up for support.
*Yoga mats and blankets available for use.
