Services

Home Health Care employees are state certified nurse aides, services are normally provided 2 times per week, and include:
  • Assistance with mobility
  • Bathing
  • Changing of non sterile dressings
  • Exercise regimens
  • Feeding
  • Hair care
  • Oral care
  • Skin care
  • Socialization
  • Toileting
  • Washing and changing bed linens

Sliding Fee Scale

A semi-annual assessment is conducted by our Registered Nurse to monitor care. Charges for these services are determined using the sliding fee scale and are based on the client's income.
