We average 38,000 calls for police services between Michigan State Police, Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office, and Traverse City Police Department. This does not always include things like traffic stops, follow up, motorist assists, and warrant attempts.

We average about 2,000 fire-related calls. This does not include car accidents or medical calls. Types of call include:

We average 8,500 medical calls per year. This includes all requests for medical services including car accidents with injury.

Total Documented Calls

We average 75,000 calls documented in our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) database. This includes all traffic stops, follow ups, and anything that is relayed to us.

Other Dispatch Centers
Michigan State Police and North Flight EMS have their own dispatch centers that also handle some of their dispatches.
