Camp Greilick Educational Programming Partner Application

With great excitement, we are sharing that reservation requests for programming only are now open and reservable up to 365 days out.  

Who qualifies for programming rates?

Organizations must be pre-approved and providing outdoor education or recreation services.

How to apply

1. Complete the programming partner application HERE. Parks staff will contact you with approval/denial.

2. Complete the reservation request form for the dates/facilities you are interested in HERE. Parks staff will contact you to confirm details and book your reservation in our system. Do not use the reservation request link in the lodging and rental venue flipbook.

Camp Greilick Lodging and Rental Venues

Day Camp Information 

We are in the process of obtaining a site license for Camp Greilick (programs would still need to obtain their own program license). If you think you would like to hold a day camp, please request those dates and know that they will be contingent on licensing. We are pursuing a license for 100 campers total across the property.  Day camps may be held on property without being attached to a particular facility via a grounds permit (please bear with us while we work out the details). We will not be licensed for residential camp programs. Therefore, overnight group youth stays are limited to three nights.  

Participant Caps and Parking 

While private events at Camp Greilick are capped at 50, we have more flexibility with group sizes for programming, particularly when students are being transported by bus. Our main logistical issues to consider when serving larger groups are: 

• Parking- there are 103 spots in the main lot, half of which we aim to preserve for public drop-in use. Therefore, we will need to work together on a parking plan for larger groups.
• In 2026 we are only allowing one large event space (pavilion, Besser Lodge, Bowl, Chapel) to be booked per day.

Camping 

Camping is not part of our current approval and therefore we cannot accommodate programs that involve camping on property. Please stay tuned for more information as we hope to add this possibility in future years.
