The cost to file a Civil Case in the Circuit & Family Court Records Division of the Grand Traverse County Clerk's Office, will include a State mandated $25.00 electronic filing system fee, in addition to the filing fee required to commence a civil action. This fee will apply to all newly filed Civil Cases whether you are electronically filing court documents or filing paper copies.
