If you have guardianship of a minor child, and you would like to begin a child support case for this child because one does not exist, you must contact the Office of Child Support at (866) 540-0008. You may be asked to provide proof that you are the minor's guardian.
If there is already a child support case concerning this child, and you would like to have child support redirected to you as the guardian, please notify Probate Court of the existing case. Next, contact Friend of the Court and give them a copy of your Letters of Guardianship. You may be asked to provide other documents to them in the process of obtaining child support.
