    Please note that the use of field lights incurs additional costs.

  9. How much parking will your event require?

    Please keep in mind that Civic Center Park has a total of 337 regular parking spaces and 14 handicap spaces. Depending on the time of your event, there may be other reservations at the same time; along with the various amenities of the park. Please review the park map and select the following areas you're even will need to accommodate parking. Northwest Maintenance lot and behind the main Civic Center building or near the Native American Marker Tree is prohibited.

  10. Please note: all field prepping by customers must be done within the reserved timeframes. Also, if you require field lights, please include the timeframe for those as well.

  12. Athletic Accident Waivers

    Customer is required to have all participants sign an accident waiver and release of liability, prior to each program/event.  Within five (5) days after last day of a reservation, Customer is required to submit to GTCPR a copy of the waiver to be used for participants to obtain GTCPR’s approval of the form.  If Customer does not have a prepared waiver, GTCPR can provide examples to Customer.

    Please keep in mind your application is just a request. Parks and Recreation Staff will review your request and check availability. If your requested date(s) is/are available, staff will reach out to you via email to approve your change request(s).
