EPIC-GT Upgrade is Happening on 6/27!

EPIC-GT, Grand Traverse County's Electronic Permitting and Inspections Center, is getting an upgrade and EPIC-GT’s access site will be down for the day! This important update will greatly enhance user’s experiences and create efficiencies for staff, better search and faster changes. This upgrade will take effect June 27th, 2025.
PLEASE NOTE: The system will be down this day and there won’t be a way to process applications for the day or make payments. Inspections will go on, but there will be limited access to notes.
You need to re-register your account after the upgrade! Just navigate to the EPIC-GT portal to go through the process. We appreciate your cooperation in updating your registration. It will help your new permitting and inspections processes happen more quickly and smoothly!
