COVID-19 Pandemic Information

Due to the continued rise in cases of COVID 19 throughout Grand Traverse County, the Senior Center is open only by appointment until further notice. We want to continue to provide programs safely, and are waiting for state and local permission to hold small, indoor group gatherings again. Outdoor activities are still being offered. To make an individual appointment for indoor services such as foot care, massage and reiki, or to register for an outdoor activity, please call the Senior Center at 231-922-4911.

Meanwhile, please take your own precautions to stay healthy. Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds. Stay home if you are not feeling well; call ahead to your healthcare provider if you are having serious respiratory illness. Practice social distancing – maintaining at least 6 feet between you and others. If you are in need of supplies and unable to get out or get someone to help you, call the Senior Center at 231-922-4911 and we will do our best to get you what you need. We will get through this together and we are here for you if you need us.
