American Rescue Plan Advisory Committee 

Overview

The United States Department of Treasury is providing Grand Traverse County with $18,081,253 in funding to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The County Administration has formed the American Rescue Plan act advisory Committee (ARPAAC) which consists of 15 members that will help determine the best ways for an influx of American Rescue Plan funds to be spent within the County. These committee members were selected based on a consultant company that identified 11 different sectors reflecting Grand Traverse County.

American Rescue Plan Act Funds Application 

Grand Traverse County has opened the official application for the American Rescue Plan Act funds (ARPA). The Grand Traverse County Board of Commissioners will be making decisions on how to allocate funds to support community projects based on the applications received. The County’s consultants at Public Sector Consultants (PSC) have designed the application to be easy to access as a fillable PDF application. Organizations seeking ARPA funding are encouraged to fill out the following application form.
