The 13th Circuit Court - Family Division has jurisdiction over delinquent youth who have been charged with a violation of the law. The Court processes begins when the Prosecuting Attorney's Office files a Petition. If the juvenile is found responsible for a violation of the law, he or she is placed on probation for rehabilitation services.
